Mahomes went 36 of 50 for 446 yards and three touchdowns in the loss.


The Titans succeeded as they didn't waste any time getting the points they lost back, as Derrick Henry broke loose for a 68-yard touchdown just two plays later. Ryan Succop converted the extra point, which gave the Titans a one-point lead.

Mahomes has seemingly gotten better as the game has gone on, and he's had no problem moving the ball against this Titans defense. He responded to Henry's long touchdown by leading the offense on a 10-play, 50-yard drive that ended in a 43-yard field goal, which gave the Chiefs a 22-20 lead.


Derrick Henry rushed for 188 yards and two touchdowns, and Ryan Tannehill threw a touchdown pass to Adam Humphries with 23 seconds left as the Tennessee Titans rallied to beat the Kansas City Chiefs 35-32 on Sunday, spoiling the return of Patrick Mahomes and another chance has been lost.

Mahomes threw three touchdown passes in his return from a dislocated knee.

Mahomes threw for 418 yards in his return. Harrison Buetker made four field goals for the Chiefs but missed a 52-yarder on the final play.
