Industry tracking firm HIS Markit estimates the electric truck segment both full and mid-sized models is expected to sell about 75,000 vehicles in 2026, compared with 3 million light trucks overall. Tesla’s truck is not part of that estimate given its uncertain availability.

The No.1 U.S. automaker’s first electric pickup truck model will go on sale in the fall of 2021, the company’s top executive said on Thursday.

The company has given few details on its planned line of electric pickup trucks.

The company has said it plans to invest $8 billion to develop electric and self-driving vehicles and launch 20 new EVs globally by 2023.

GM plans to establish a family of premium electric pickup trucks and SUVs, beginning with an electric pickup possibly under the Hummer brand.

Roger Stone has been found guilty of obstruction of justice and making false statements in his federal trial over what he told Congress relating to emails hacked from the Democrats and published on WikiLeaks. President Trump criticized on Twitter the former ambassador to Ukraine, saying everywhere she served “went bad.” She is recounting her shock and disgust at learning that Mr. Trump stigmatize her in a call with Ukraine’s president, saying, “Even now, words kind of fail me,” and, “It looked like a threat.” President Trump wasted little time assailing Marie L.
